Stow Historical Society Board of Trustees met September 12th at 7:00 p.m. at Stow City Hall. All members present. Items discussed included the improvements to Stewart School, and the upcoming Harvest Festival.  Interior electric and painting for the school are being taken care and should be ready in time for the Harvest Festival. Thank you to Dave Reinhart for volunteering to paint. Also the wheelchair accessible ramp is nearing completion. Plans for the Harvest Festival are underway, with craft demonstrators in each of the historic houses and craft vendors applying for booth spaces. There will be a special exhibit on Silver Lake in the Heritage House this year. Volunteers are still needed to help in the houses and at the sales table. Our next member meeting will be Monday, September 26th at 7:00 p.m. at Stow City Hall. Speakers will be from the Summit County Court of Common Pleas – Probate Division.
